To return a product purchased from Snapco Ltd, please read the terms below before completing and returning the attached returns form.


  • Goods can be returned to Snapco Ltd up to 7 working days from date of delivery.  In exceptional circumstances, goods may be returned after 7 days with prior written agreement.


  • Goods must be returned to us in full.  Refunds cannot be given if only part quantity is returned.


  • Custom manufactured goods are non-returnable unless faulty and with prior written agreement.


  • Non-faulty goods must be returned to Snapco Ltd in a saleable condition and in its original packaging.  The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Snapco Ltd.


  • For goods returned in a saleable condition and within 7 working days from date of delivery, Snapco Ltd will refund the price paid for the goods minus carriage, an administration fee of a minimum of £10 and up to 10% of the value of the order.


  • Although highly unlikely, if you receive goods that are damaged or defective, complete the attached returns form, describing the damage.  A member of our sales team will contact you to obtain more detailed information.


  • Where all the above terms have been met, Snapco Ltd will raise a refund within 2 working days of the goods being received back into our premises.
